These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoFlow TextBack ("Service"), operated by AutoFlow AI ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
AutoFlow TextBack is an automated missed call text back and AI communication service. When a phone call to your designated business number goes unanswered, the Service sends an automated text message to the caller. Depending on your plan, the Service may also engage in AI-powered text conversations, capture lead information, and book appointments.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business entity you register. The Service is available to businesses operating in the United States and Canada.
You are responsible for: providing accurate business information during setup and keeping it current; ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws including TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), and any state or provincial regulations; ensuring that the content of your auto-text messages and AI instructions do not violate any laws or third-party rights; monitoring AI-generated conversations for accuracy; and maintaining a valid payment method.
You may not use the Service to: send unsolicited marketing or spam messages; contact individuals who have not called your business number; transmit illegal, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content; impersonate another business or individual; exceed your plan's text message limits without paying applicable overage fees; or resell the Service to third parties.
The Service sends text messages to individuals who call your business number. Under TCPA and CASL, responding to a caller who initiated contact with your business is permitted. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable messaging laws. The Service automatically honors STOP requests from recipients and maintains an opt-out list per your account.
On Growth and Pro plans, AI generates text responses on behalf of your business. While we design the AI to be helpful and accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are ultimately responsible for communications sent from your account, including AI-generated messages. We recommend reviewing conversations in your dashboard regularly.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected during signup. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Overage fees (texts beyond your plan limit) are billed at $0.05 per text at the end of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
If you choose a new number through our Service, that number is provisioned through Twilio and is associated with your account. If you cancel, the number is released and may be reassigned. If you port your existing number to us, the number remains yours — if you cancel, we will port it back to you or to a carrier of your choice at no charge (carrier fees may apply).
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Twilio, cloud hosting) that may experience outages. We are not liable for missed messages or calls due to carrier issues, network outages, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFlow AI's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue from missed leads, AI errors, or service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, automated messaging stops, your data is retained for 30 days (during which you can export it), and then permanently deleted. Twilio numbers are released unless you request a port-out.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoFlow AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws including messaging regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
