These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by AutoFlow AI ("AutoFlow," "we," "us"), a Canadian company based in British Columbia. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
The service
AutoFlow provides AI-powered assistants that handle calls, texts, chats, and emails, take bookings, capture leads, and route requests on behalf of businesses. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time as we improve the service.
Accounts and use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for use of your account.
- You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
- Businesses using AutoFlow are responsible for ensuring their own use complies with the laws that apply to them, including obtaining any consents required from their customers.
Recording
Interactions handled by AutoFlow may be recorded for quality, training, and service improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Businesses are responsible for ensuring appropriate notice and consent for recording in their jurisdiction; AutoFlow provides a spoken recording notice at the start of calls to support this.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Promotional pricing applies only as stated and for the stated period. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You can cancel a subscription as described in your plan terms.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party providers such as telephony and cloud infrastructure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
